Tasting Notes:
Complex and compelling aromas of blueberry compote, candied lavender, cocoa nibs and roasted herbs. The palate has a supple texture cloaked in fine grained tannins and bright acidity while delivering notes of sugar plum, vanilla bean and raspberry puree.
Winemaker Notes:
30% whole cluster fermentation, 18 days on skins, Aged 20 months in 18% new French Oak, 82% neutral French Oak prior to bottling.
