QUARTERLY CLUB - (3) BOTTLES IN FEBRUARY, MAY, AUGUST, & OCTOBER
Enjoy our Red, White, or Mixed Wine clubs. Members are billed quarterly for their Winemaker chosen shipments. You are more than welcome to change your subscription choice each quarter if you would like to experience all that we have to offer. Each quarter we put new and exciting wines in your shipment including not yet released wines and OWL Club exclusives. This club is best for those that enjoy the serendipity of experiencing new wines and the exclusivity of pre-releases.Price ranges from $60 – $110 (+ taxes and shipping where applicable). Your credit card will be charged before the wine is shipped.WINE OF THE MONTH CLUB – (1) BOTTLE OF WINE EACH MONTHEach month we select a showcase wine that we think you will enjoy – theWine of the Month. When you come in, we will charge for the Wine of the Month and box it up in one of our reusable single bottle OWL Club boxes. Easy, fast, and affordable. Prefer a different wine? Not to worry – choose any wine from our select monthly list of wine options and our tasting room staff will take care of the rest. Many people have serious opinions regarding which varietals they enjoy and which they do not. As a winery – we respect and understand that. This club is best suited for people that want more flexibility with the wines they receive for their club selections.Price ranges from $30 – $60 (+ taxes and shipping where applicable). Credit cards will be processed at the beginning of the month for Shipping customers. Pick up customers will be charged when they come to pick up their bottle. Terms and Conditions (please note that the Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time): I understand that my wine shipment will automatically be billed to my credit card on file one week prior to shipment and that I may cancel my membership at any time after 6 months or 2 shipments, provided notice is received at least 30 days prior to a shipment. Monthly and Quarterly members have 12 months to pick up club wine from the date of billing. Club wine not picked up will expire after 12 months. ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SOLD IN CALIFORNIA AND TITLE PASSES TO THE BUYER. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import any wines into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old, and the person to whom your wines will be delivered is at least 21 years old. Wines may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. When alcoholic beverages are delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to sign for and show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. We reserve the right to change or modify wine club benefits at any time. Note: During the summer months wine is shipped Monday-Thursday and will be subject to delay if temperatures exceed 85 degrees. Next day or second day service is available during these months for an additional charge.
