High toned aromas of rose petal, watermelon rock candy, orange peel and fresh strawberry. The palate has a billowy texture to match a strong verve of acidity with notes of candied orange peel, guava and white cherry.
Winemaker Notes:
100% whole cluster pressed. Fermented in 100% Stainless Steel, then transferred to neutral barrels. Aged 5 months sur lie prior to bottling.
