Aromas of quince, jasmine, salted nectarine and marzipan. The palate is driven by vermentino’s signature saline quality, complimented by orange bitters, custard, blanched almond and mouthwatering acidity.
Winemaker Notes:
100% whole cluster pressed, fermented using native yeast in 50% terracotta amphora, 50% concrete egg, aged 6 months sue lie prior to bottling.
