Tasting Notes:
Complex aromas of savory, resinous herbs, wild cherry, brown spices, red currant and cedar. As the wine is aerated, the nose blossoms to notes of cassis, cigar paper and loamy earth. The palate shows a nimble confluence of power and poise with a suave textured mouthfeel and a chiseled structure.
Winemaker Notes:
52% Cabernet Franc, 29% Merlot, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon Aged 18 months in 15% New French Oak, 85% neutral French Oak prior to bottling.
