Tasting Notes:
Deep aromatic array of purple flowers, candied blueberry, chocolate fudge and caramelized brown sugar. The palate shows great density and texture showcasing baking spices, espresso grounds, bacon fat and peppered game. It has a long, supple finish that is framed by fine grained tannins and amble acidity.
