Aromas of dark cherry, savory herbs, milk chocolate and barrel char. The palate is nicely textured, yet light on its feet with flavors of red plum, peppercorn and baking spices to compliment the sappy acidity and ripe tannins

Merlot is from our Estate in the San Pasqual Valley. It is a very fruit driven Bordeaux variety and does very well in our warm climate.
